Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot Exchange Infrastructure, including O365, Intune, certificates, Sharepoint online, and Trendmicro IMSVA.
- Provide day-to-day operational support for Microsoft Exchange, O365, and SMTP email to internal customers.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent support.
- Provide technical support for major projects and engage in implementation discussions.
- Identify and drive opportunities for automation to improve deployment, management, and visibility of services.
- Engage with vendors for troubleshooting and monitor alerts daily.
- Provide second-level end-user support and manage ticket queues.
- Create and maintain documentation, including SOPs, configuration documentation, and policies.
- Support audits, hardening requirements, and resolve vulnerabilities.
- Conduct regular server, appliance, and equipment upgrades and security patching.
- Mentor junior IT and helpdesk personnel.
Requirements:
- Good working knowledge of Exchange 2016 and O365, MDM Intune, and Sharepoint online.
- Experience working directly with vendors on new features and roadmaps.
- Experience with security hardening of Windows Server and Exchange to meet security compliance requirements.
- Ability to identify/prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Excellent written and interpersonal communication and documentation skills.
