The Integrative Adolescence research Programme (IARP) initiative aims to understand the Singapore adolescents' health through psychological well-being, aspects of physical health and environmental factors.
Job Description:
- Plans and coordinates the initiation of research study protocol and the establishment of operating policies and procedures
- Supports research ethics board applications.
- Plans, implements and maintains data collection in accordance to research protocol.
- Recruits, instructs and coordinates research participants and/or volunteers, as appropriate to specific study objectives and work scope.
- Ensures the smooth and efficient day-to-day operation of research and data collection activities.
- Monitors the progress of research activities, develops and maintains records of reserch activities and prepares and ad-hoc reports, as required by investigators, administrators, funding agencies, and/or regulatory bodies.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- BSc degree in psychology, neuroscience, child development, biology or related fields.
- At least 1 year of experience preferred
- Willingness and availability to consistently work on one or both days on a weekend (Saturday and/ or Sunday).
- Knowledge of dual language is essential to communicate with parents of different ethnic groups for research purpose.
- Team oriented, proactive, willing to learn, able to work independently, good communication skills and able to multi-task.
