JOB SCOPE
- Management of Accounts Payable / Receivables Functions
- Creation of Quotations, Invoices, Claims Submission for Clients
- Issuance of Payments and Receipts using Company's Accounting Software
- Financial Management (Banks Balance / GIRO / Cash Flow Monitoring)
- Bi-Monthly Payroll and Employee Management (Salary Computation using Company's VBA Excel, Renewal of Work Permits etc)
- Monthly Bank Reconciliations and General Ledger Adjustments
- Other Administrative Tasks as assigned
EXPERIENCE
- Minimum GCE 'O'-Level or equivalent
- Ideally at least 1 year of relevant Accounts experience
- Computer Literate and Knowledge of MS Office
- Knowledge of OCI Accounting Software advantageous
- Independent Multi-tasker, Fast Worker, Meticulous and Well-organized
