Our client, a MNC in the field of photography, optics, electronics, biotechnology, and chemicals is currently seeking an enthusiastic candidate to join them as a Regional Corporate Communications Executive.
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop media pitches, facilitating interviews and responding to media inquiries
- Prepare corporate presentations and draft speeches for management team
- Plan, coordinate, and execution of corporate activities such as media interviews, VIP visits, townhalls, regional meetings etc.
- Provide guidance to stakeholders on brand compliance in line with Corporate Identity Guidelines, including the use of corporate logos, tone of voice and production of various corporate materials
- Strategize, plan, and produce social media content calendar that aligns with branding and communication objectives
- Create and curate social media content through photography, video, animation and other design skills for various social media platforms
- Analyse and report on social media performance to guide future communication strategies
Regional Responsibilities
- Implementation of regional communication activities, with the aim of increasing brand presence in the Asia Pacific region
- Monitor social media content to ensure adherence to brand guidelines and maintain consistency in tone, visuals across official social media channels in the Asia Pacific region
- Coordination of regional events such as the annual regional communication conference
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing or Corporate Communications or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in corporate communications, branding and/or journalism
- Prior experience in a media agency is preferred
- Proficient in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)
- Prior experience in video production and photography is highly desirable
