Roles and Responsibilities
1) Supervision, coordination and inspection of site works
2) Ensure manpower and resources are adequate
3) Attend site meetings and reporting to Project Managers on work progress
4) Plan and execute the construction worker's daily work schedule;
5) Train construction workers for related work
6) Resolve problems when arise
7) Report on progress to managers, engineers etc.
Requirements
1) Minimum 3 years relevant local experience in Civil and Structural works
2) In-depth knowledge of construction procedures
3) Ability to communicate and report effectively
4) Excellent organizational and leadership skills
5) Problem-solving abilities
6) Good physical condition and stamina
