We are seeking highly motivated individuals with a Class 3 licence who are curious, willing to learn our business from the ground up, to join us as drivers.
We offer annual & study leaves, with opportunities to upgrade yourself in the field of Supply Chain and Logistics. Drivers who demonstrate leadership qualities will have the chance to be fast-tracked to trainers to our newer drivers in other centres, or assist in the day-to-day management of our other DDPs within 1 year.
Requirements:
- Singaporean and PRs only.
- ‘O’ Levels / ITE (preferred).
- Only for those staying in the Bukit Panjang area.
- Valib Class 3 license.
- Male / Female.
- Able to read, speak and write simple English.
- Physically fit.
Salary and Allowances*:
- Probation salary (3 months): $ 2,400.00
- Attendance allowance: $120.00 (entitled during probation).
- Productivity allowance: $120.00 (entitled during probation).
- Handphone allowance: $80.00 (entitled during probation).
Job Requirements:
- Working days: Monday to Saturdays (6 days, excluding Public Holidays).
- Working time: 5am to 2pm.
- Overtime: 1.5 times of base salary.
Job Description:
- Manual loading from the west and unloading to Bukit Panjang area. 2 to 3 trips daily.
- Tally and check digital manifest with physical items.
- Perform cross-docking activities within Bukit Panjang area.
- Perform doorstep deliveries to 15-17 HDB blocks.
- Maintain vehicle and perform handover to 2nd shift driver.
