Job Scope:
- Technical Sales Support: Help the sales team by explaining how our products meet customer needs.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with customers, addressing their concerns and offering solutions.
- Product Demonstrations and Presentations: Show potential customers how our products work and their benefits.
- Sales Strategy Development: Work with the sales team to plan how to reach target markets and beat competitors.
- Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Create accurate quotes and proposals for customers and follow up to secure orders.
- Technical Support: Assist customers with technical questions or problems before, during, and after sales.
- Market Research and Analysis: Study market trends and find new opportunities.
- Training and Education: Train customers and the sales team on our products.
- Collaboration with Engineering: Work with engineers to understand our products better and suggest improvements.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Keep track of sales performance and report to management regularly.
Job Requirement:
- Good to have own vehicle
- Open to travel overseas for business trips
- Relevant engineering sales experience for Industrial Automation Equipment/ Industrial products/Semicon/BMS
