Key Responsibilities
- Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production
- Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks
- Preparatio of monthly billing reports
- Participate in monthly Service Level meetings with the banks and / or card stock take with the banks
- Attend project meetings with the banks
- Participate in negotiation discussions with the banks
- Management of card inventory in production
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work
Requirements
· Min. Diploma / Degree qualification
· Field of Study: Not applicable
· Skills: Microsoft Excel and Word
· Confident and able to handle negotiation discussion and project meetings with bank associates
· Must be Comfortable working in production setting
MUST be comfortable with NO CAMERA PHONE in working premise
Good working attitude with NO Credit Liability
5.5 days work week (Mon - Fri, Alt Sat)
