Human Resource Executive
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Providing full spectrum of Human Resource and administrative duties.
- Manage recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening and shortlisting of candidates
- Coordinate employee onboarding and performance apprasial
- Plan training and development programs for employees to improve their skills and competency
- Maintain employee onboarding and lead employee engagement activities
- Manage work pass applications (application, renewal, appeals) and ensure that all Company and employee information is accurately updated in a timely manner with MOM.
Requirement
- Diploma / Degree holder with at least 1 year HR experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Meticulous with a high degree of integrity and demonstrated ability to work in a team
- Polite and resourceful with good interpersonal skills
- An ability to multi-task and work quickly and efficiently
