Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the company's lighting products.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of related sales experience
- Experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
