As part of the Service Delivery Team, the role serves as a frontline professional that involves;
1. Participates in project implementation in a supporting role. Such as performing on-site survey, requirements gathering and work as a proxy between the client and the participating project managers, consultants and software development team during the system life cycle. He/she shall also ensure that the relevant documentations are up-to-date.
2. Provides technical configuration, test and commissioning of IoTs devices or equipments
3. Conducts end-user training in person or via remote audio/video conference tools
4. Provide application/system support to systems that is already deployed and handle technical service request/feedback from clients. Ensure that all requests/feedbacks received adhere to service SOP and that support tickets are closed on a timely manner
5. Participate in the research and evaluation of evolving new technology such as IoTs device and gadget, etc. that may be relevant to our core product and service delivery
Key Requirements
- Passionate in technology and Internet of Things / gadgets
- Good customer service attitude
- Understand key business function and operation is essential
- Good team player with a positive attitude towards problem solving
- Good IT fundation shall be an advantage but not mandatory
- Fresh graduate may apply (On the job training)
