WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO LEARN:

· Creating and maintaining documentation of IT systems and processes.
· Working in a team and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· AI, Machines Learning and Automation
· Supporting walk-in customers and Day-to-day IT operations.
· Developing and implementing automation solutions to improve efficiency and streamline IT processes. This may include writing scripts, designing workflows, and integrating different systems.
· Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments as needed.
· Assisting in the planning and execution of IT projects or activities as and when required.
· Proactively identifying opportunities for process improvement and making suggestions on how to optimize IT operations.
RELEVANT SKILLSETS:
· AI, Machines Learning and Automation related skillsets.
· Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
· Scripting skills with knowledge of programming languages such as Python, PowerShell, Java, Power automate
· Knowledge of IT Operations support.
· Data modeling and Dashboard creation using PowerBI or other virtualization tools.
· Experience in Data Structure, Machine Learning, Neural Computing, Natural Language Processing, and Image Processing
· Experience in leveraging predictive models including neural networks, decision trees (DT), support vector machines (SVM), k-nearest neighbors (KNN)
