Responsibilities:
- Provide real-time support to users via live chat, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Assist users with account setup, transaction queries, and technical troubleshooting.
- Guide users on best practices for secure trading and account management.
- Follow up with users to ensure their issues are resolved to their satisfaction.
- Stay updated with the latest platform updates and industry trends to provide informed support.
Details:
- 6am to 3pm/ 4pm to 11pm
- 5 days work week
- Shift allowance available
