JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identify business or investment opportunities
- Gather market intelligence
- Be involved in divestiture, acquisitions, joint ventures or mergers
- Conduct competitor’s analysis/trends/benchmarking exercises
- Evaluate capital (CAPEX) and operating expenditures (OPEX)
- Perform Financial Modelling to assess profitability of investments
- Report on assessments and findings
- Prepare presentation materials on findings
- Work closely with various Business stakeholders
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in Business Studies/Finance/Banking/Economics/Commerce or any other relevant education
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in the Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Divestments, Joint Venture (JV), Green Field Projects from corporate firms, consulting and advisory firms, banks, Private Equity firms
- Knowledge and hands-on Financial Modelling and valuations including DCF experience
- Fluent in Malay or Bahasa Indonesia to liaise with Malay or Indonesian-speaking counterparts/clients
- Strong Microsoft Office experience (PowerPoint and Excel)
- Highly analytical, focused, proactive, keen eye for details, has good interpersonal and communication skills
