Job Description
- In charge of A/P, A/R and issuing payments, and assist with month/year end G/L closing entries and audit schedule preparation
- Handle quarterly GST reporting for main company and handle full set of accounts for subsidiaries
- Handle admin, payroll & HR functions
- Perform internal audit on overseas joint venture partners, if required
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Directors
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year related working experience or
- Fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience but demonstrate a strong interest and willingness to learn are encouraged to apply
- Diploma in Finance & Accounting with Good Working attitude
- Good interpersonal and ability to work and communicate with all level business partners & external auditors
- Willing to travel
- Strong team player, self-motivated, detailed oriented, proactive and independent
