Location: East Coast Road
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation of basic food items, ingredients, and raw materials according to standard recipes and procedures.
- Help with the assembly, decoration, and plating of desserts to ensure they are visually appealing and consistent with our standards.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment, including washing dishes, cleaning equipment, and sanitizing surfaces.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation environment, preferably in a dessert or pastry role.
- Knowledge of traditional Chinese desserts and baking techniques is a plus.
- Singaporean, PR, Malaysian, Taiwan, South Korea, Macau and Hong Kong
