Job Description
1. Specialized in Hubei Cuisine, especially those Signature snack food, street food.
2. Willing to start with Short Notice.
3. Responsible for Purchase and store keeping at individual station, e.g., noodle station/steam station/fried station.
4. Responsible for Food Hygiene, Cleanliness and Food Quality.
5. Prepare ingredients and food strictly according to recipes provided
6. Any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Head Chef.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 5 Years’ Experience in Hubei cuisine, or Wuhan Signature Street foods.
2. Minimum 3 Years` Experience in making hand-made dry noodle.
3. Minimum 3 Years` Experience in Fast-paced branded Chinese restaurant.
4. No Strict Basic Education Required.
5. Willing to work Overtime whenever required last minute.
6. Willing to work at all Weekends and Public Holidays.
7. Willing to work with rotating off days.
