We are looking for contract Customer Service Agent to be outsourced to our clients from the healthcare industry.
Job Description:
- Process customer orders and inquiries daily via email, fax, or phone
- Follow up closely with business units on fixed and ad-hoc billing, including generating monthly reports and posting invoices
- Coordinate and communicate sales order status to customers and sales teams
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth deliveries and address any issues promptly
- Manage export shipments for both intercompany and direct overseas customers, including preparation of shipping documents
- Assist in investigating internal and external complaints, identifying root causes, and proposing solutions
- Ensure compliance with hazardous substance regulations, including validation of licenses from customers
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager
Requirement:
- At least a Diploma in any discipline with 3 years of relevant experience.
- Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred.
- Handling chemicals documentations and deliveries.
- Proficient in SAP.
