Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain IT systems related to plant maintenance and sales distribution within the real estate / property sector.
- Ensure systems are functioning efficiently and are scalable to meet the needs of the business.
- Develop and enhance the IT infrastructure to support property management activities and sales processes. This includes network setup, server management, and the integration of specific modules for plant maintenance and sales distribution.
- Provide technical support to the business, ensuring that all system-related issues are resolved promptly.
- Act as the first point of contact for troubleshooting infrastructure problems.
- Lead projects related to the upgrade and integration of IT systems within the company. Manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively.
- Liaise with software and hardware vendors to ensure that the company is leveraging the best technologies and services for its IT infrastructure needs.
- Provide training to staff on new systems and updates.
- Maintain detailed documentation of the company’s IT infrastructure and systems for internal use and compliance purposes.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma / Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent
- At least 2 years of relevant IT infrastructure support experience, with consulting and data migration, preferably in the real estate / property sector
- Must have experience in SAP in plant maintenance and sales distribution module
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
