Job Description
- Providing full support to the C-suite office.
- Managing C-suite executives' personal and business diaries.
- Coordinating meetings, events, conference calls, and interviews.
- Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports.
- Preparing for board meetings, which includes drafting agendas, minutes recording, liasing with 3rd-parties vendors for various projects.
- Document expenses and facilitate claiming of expenses for C-suite Executives.
- Liasing with Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia office.
- Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
- Organizing fund-raisers, staff appreciation functions, and other company events.
- Performing personal errands for C-level executives as required.
- Arranging domestic and international flights, transportation, and accommodation for C-level executives.
- Undertake occasional receptionist duties
Requirements
- Certification in office administration or management is advantageous.
- Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques.
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
- High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability.
- Integrity and professionalism.
- Must be able to communicate in Chinese.
- Good phone etiquette.
- Corporate image and well-spoken.
