Responsibilities:
- Provide administration support in recruitment and onboarding process
- Prepare employment contracts, letters and other relevant documentation
- Data entry and filing
- Manage staff dormitory and conduct housing inspection
- Application, renewal and cancellation of work passes
- Assist in upgrading process and documentation
- Assist in staff’s hospitalization and surgical (H&S) claims
- Assist in medical check-up arrangement for staff in accordance with MOM’s requirements
- Update employees’ information in system
- Support in staff events and welfare
- Assist in HR related enquiries
- Support in exit management of staff
- Administer and monitor staff immunization records
Requirements:
- Minimum Degree/ Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience
- General admin support experience in HR corporate functions
