Our client, a Multinational Technology Company, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager professional to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in driving business excellence in terms of Sales & Strategy/Planning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive effective communication with internal and external stakeholders at the executive level, developing and implementing a communication strategy, and assisting the Organization Lead in shaping and executing the business's operational plan.
- Develop strong relationships and trust with senior decision makers across various departments, including business, technical, customer experience, marketing, and other key stakeholders, to promote the products as a platform that delivers measurable business results. Serve as a trusted advisor, assisting clients in transforming their business.
- Collaborate across various segments to facilitate the implementation of business strategy and operations in coordination with leadership teams.
- Serve as the segment point of contact for key initiatives and communication efforts, managing training and readiness plans.
- Lead key cross-team projects to address complex business requirements, such as an executive sponsorship program for key customers.
- Plan, organize, and execute events, including all-hands meetings, executive visits, and off-sites, managing logistics, vendor negotiations, and timelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Business Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in business, customer success, account management and people/organizational program management with strong business acumen.
- Proficient in Excel and Data Analytics , capable of providing insights through reports.
- Excellent communicator with an outgoing demeanor, able to hold people accountable for timelines and collaborate across Area stakeholders, including some external customers and partners.
- Proficiency in additional languages is advantageous, like Tagalog, Thai, Bahasa Indonesia, Vietnamese, Mandarin, Korea & Japanese as this role covers global and regional markets.
- Open to a 6–12-month contract period, with high potential for renewal.
- Open to working onsite or in a hybrid arrangement in the Central Area.
