Job Responsibilities:
- Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
- Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress.
- Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
- Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.
- Coordinate, prepare and arrange site inspection with RE & RTO.
- Arrange daily Toolbox Meeting with Site Supervisor and WSHC and briefing on site activities and daily task.
- Attend monthly, weekly safety meeting and site works with Client.
- Prepare necessary submission for project. Example, RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation.
- To prepare and keep records, summary related to project.
- Maintain Project documents control for ISO purpose.
- Other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Civil Engineering.
- Mininum 2 year of relavant work experience in infrastructural or marine construction industry.
