Main responsibilities:
- Perform the day-to-day operations of the various investment platforms (ranging from development to value-add to core fund strategy) in accordance with all fund documentations and agreements with accuracy.
- Prepare the annual business plans for the various investment platforms and seek the appropriate (Internal and external) parties’ approval.
- Prepare the calculations of all Fees to be charged to the various investment platforms by the manager with accuracy.
- Prepare periodic/regular updates of different platforms’ excel cash flow actual and projection models to ensure accuracy in cash and returns tracking/monitoring of the various investment platforms. Administer distribution and capital call processes.
- Prepare all monthly, quarterly, and annual reports (including the valuation reports to be prepared by independent valuers, and the INREV reports) with accuracy and timeliness.
- Prepare any ad hoc reports/info requested by the investors with accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate, prepare, and participate in marketing/presentation activities for potential investors for entering into any of the investment platforms.
- Work closely with the acquisition team in identifying the potential assets or land parcels (that fulfill the investment criteria) with supervision and manage and coordinate to obtain applicable approval for acquisitions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience required.
- Singapore based role with business travelling to North Asia when required.
- Capable of operating with minimum supervision, and in high stress and high time pressure environments.
- Strong sense of responsibility for designated tasks, focus on high degree of investor/client satisfaction and with high deliverable standards.
- Ability to prioritize and co-ordinate tasks efficiently ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Accuracy under time pressure and exceptional attention to detail.
- Enjoys working autonomously while still functions well as part of a wider team with good interpersonal skills.
- Requires strong analytical and quantitative skills with proven experience.
