What You’ll Do
- Manage day to day operations of all kitchens under the concept while meeting health and safety standards, and managing stock deliveries;
- Control and direct food preparation process (including developing menu ideas, controlling food inventory levels etc.);
- Maintain the concept’s revenue, profitability and quality goals, operational efficiency, productivity levels, food and service quality, and customer service standards;
- Respond efficiently and accurately to guest feedback and complaints;
- Regularly review product quality and research new vendors;
- Deliver superior food and beverage service in order to maximise guest satisfaction;
- Manage kitchen and dishwashing teams including engaging in training, ensuring compliance with SOP, roster organisation, boosting staff morale, resolving conflicts, taking disciplinary actions etc;
- Work closely with the floor manager to ensure excellent service
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2 years of kitchen team management experience
- At least 2 years of high volume F&B setting experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
