PURPOSE:
- To perform day to day Supply Chain operational activities for Consumables division
- To develop and execute an inventory plan for a portfolio of items based on demand, supply, actual orders, lead times and available inventory.
RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
Supply planning
- Monthly PO/forecast submission to supplier (Open PO, stock & usage analysis)
- Follow up on shipment status
Stock Allocation / Prioritization
- Daily report extraction (inventory, on hand stock, forecast vs order latest data)
- Handle 6 operating company stock allocation request before cut off time
- FB Singapore allocation and FB Singapore engineer walk in order allocation
Order processing by using internal system
- Purchase Order (Monthly and Ad-hoc)
- Sales Order (per transaction)
- Emergency Order (Ad-hoc)
- Inventory Diversion (Weekly & Monthly)
Report update/ extraction
- Daily dashboard
- Stock diversion data – One Drive Update
- Delivery plan report update
- Order status monitoring / follow up
- FOB report update/measurement
System migration support
- Data validation to new system
- Test environment user hands on
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications, skills and experiences:
- Degree or Diploma preferably in a numerical capacity, like Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
- 2 or more years experience in Supply Chain Management, proven analytical ability preferred
- Experience in Advanced Excel
- Oracle knowledge – systems experience
- Sound knowledge of Supply Chain processes and procedures
- Experience and demonstrable evidence of negotiating successfully with a wide range of people interfaces
- Good written, oral communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Self-reliant person who enjoys working independently, but also a team player
- Quick learner, pro-active and takes ownership of the job
