Job Description:
• Handle full spectrum of HR operations, i.e., Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Matters, Work Pass Renewal, Welfare, Career Development, HR Strategic Plans etc.
• Support development of HR strategic mid-term plans and initiatives that support business needs.
• Manages and drive the talent acquisition process, which include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
• Analysis of trends in compensation and benefits.
• Maintains compliance with employment act and regulations and recommended best practices; reviews HR policies and practices to maintain compliance.
• Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
• Oversee the full spectrum of employees’ lift cycles from on boarding to off boarding, including confirmation, contract renewals and re-employment.
• Oversee all other HR administrative work including compensation & benefits administration, work injury compensation & training administration.
• Provide relevant support as necessary and other ad-hoc assignments.
Requirements:
• Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in in full spectrum of HR and administration fields.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Info-Tech Cloud HR System experience is required.
• Positive and high initiative.
• Candidates with experience in FINTECH would be an advantage. • Able to commence work immediately is a plus.
