Responsibilities:
- Provide course administrative logistics to ensure smooth operations of courses and strict adherence to regulatory requirements
- Liaise with trainers to ensure adequate support of their training needs
- Liaise with students to ensure all needs, enquiries and feedback are attended to
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing, and Programme Management
- Protect organization’s value and brand by keeping information confidential
- Ensure compliance of policies set out by relevant governing bodies, e.g. EduTrust requirement, Private Education Act, Government agencies and Immigration and Checkpoint Authority
Requirements:
- ’O’/’A’ Level, Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1-year of relevant experience
- Experience in education industry will be an advantage
- Operate in frontline/face-to-face capacity with students in both physical and virtual customer service role
- Able to work independently while being a good team member
- Experience with general office software including but not limited to Microsoft Office
- Experience in training management system and TP Gateway will be an advantage
