The Opportunity:
- Permanent role
- Work location: Bukit Merah (Near Tiong Bahru MRT)
- Work hours: Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm.
- Up to $4,000 + VB
Adecco has partnered with an communications agency renowned for its expertise in public relations, events, content creation, and brand strategy. Reporting directly to the General Manager, this position offers a unique opportunity to be an integral part of a dynamic and reputable organization.
The Role:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including tasks like invoicing, payments, and bank statement reconciliation.
- Review monthly and yearly financial reports, such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss, Trade Debtor, and cash flow reports.
- Support in the financial year closing process by providing necessary information and data.
- Coordinate with company secretary, banks, accountants, tax agencies, and relevant authorities as needed.
- Oversee payroll, CPF, and taxation matters..
The Talent
- Diploma or Degree in business administration or finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.
- at least 3 years of accounting experience, HR is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of financial principles and HR best practices
- Singaporean only.
