1. Develop business opportunities with suitable venue partners to hold immersive experiences in Singapore. (Partners may include 3rd party IP-content owners for IP-content not belonging to Neon).
2. Develop business plans and projections to assess commercial viability of identified projects to deliver immersive experiences.
3. Establish commercial deals with venue partners, ticketing partners and IP-content owners for the projects.
4. Lead project implementation by integrating internal efforts related to commercial, legal, creative, production, marketing, sponsorship, retail and operations.
5. Lead and facilitate interfacing with partners in the respective functional areas in project implementation.
6. Establish and control budgets for projects in Singapore.
7. Accountable for business performance of assigned projects in Singapore.
8. Accountable for timely collection of receivables and proper closure of assigned projects in Singapore.
9. Manage key stakeholders related to the business of delivering immersive experiences in Singapore, e.g. Studio IP owners, STB, venue partners, ticketing partners, etc.
10. Ensure compliance to legal and regulatory requirements of conducting Neon’s business in Singapore.
11. Lead specified projects to grow the business in Singapore, strategically or whenever opportunity arises.
12. Work on other ad hoc initiatives as required in a highly dynamic environment.
