Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the office, handle general services and office facilities management, help receive guests and attend to guests when required.
- Assist with business travel bookings and visa applications, when required.
- Coordinate corporate secretarial related matters.
- Support the full spectrum of HR functions, which includes TA, C&B and performance assessments, assist with application of Employment Passes for foreign talents.
- Prepare human cost budget and OJT plan.
- Prepare HR reports in accordance with HQ’s requirements.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of related working experience.
- Attention to details and ready to ‘get hands dirty’.
