Job Activities:
HSE
- Report anomalies, near misses, share best practices and provide feedback on HSE findings.
Digital & Innovation
- Responsible for the digital presence of TEMF: website, online publication, in coordination with Communications.
- Elaborate and execute the digital roadmap of the entity in collaboration with MS DSI department.
- Manage the digital budget of the entity, follow up and provide regular updates on the management of digital projects.
- Be the innovation lead for the entity - Promote a culture of innovation within the entity.
- Support Communication Officer regarding the digital presence of TMFPL (such as internal and external sites).
Information Systems Project Management
- Responsible for managing Information Systems projects, from the scoping stage till completion, while respecting the limits of time, budget, quality and security.
- Plan and designate project resources, prepare budgets, in collaboration with management and MS DSI department.
- Conduct risk analysis and put in place suitable mitigating measures.
- Monitor progress, and keep stakeholders (business teams, DSI, management, etc) informed the entire way via steering committees and regular project updates.
- Ensure the technical quality of the project and guarantee the correct deployment of the solution and its transfer to the business teams.
- Organize and pilot the network of key users within the entity (SAP, Medissys, Quantum, Themis, etc).
- Closely monitor the IT invoice costs, validate monthly IT invoices and raise claims and queries if needed on the IT invoiced costs.
- As the company’s Cybersecurity Officer, promote cybersecurity best practices/trainings and process IT security validations.
- As the company’s Data Protection Officer, ensure compliance to PDPA and GDPR and ensure proper sensitivity classification of data if needed.
- Update the company’s system mapping and related information such as system functionality and respective data owners/key users.
- Promote best usage of existing applications such as CRM Salsa and Hyperlex.
- Assist in raising and/or monitoring assistance, correction or evolution tickets around SAP and Medissys
Job Requirements
- 5 years of experience in Information Systems and Project Management.
- Good understanding of IT tools (Medissys, SAP).
- Flexibility, analytical mind, and ability to adapt to foreign cultures
- Excellent interpersonal skills and transverse interaction
