Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the company’s new energy solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events, etc.).
- Develop branding initiatives to enhance the company’s market presence and reputation.
Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth in the new energy sector.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry leaders.
- Conduct feasibility studies and market analysis to support business expansion decisions.
- Prepare and present business proposals, contracts, and agreements.
Stakeholder Relations:
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the main point of contact for key stakeholders and address their needs and concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination with stakeholders.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Train and support the sales team to enhance their effectiveness and efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure new business.
Digital Marketing and Analytics:
- Oversee the company’s digital marketing efforts, including website, social media, and online advertising.
- Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
- Implement SEO, SEM, and other digital marketing techniques to increase online visibility and engagement.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute marketing events, such as trade shows, conferences, and webinars.
- Coordinate event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and promotion.
- Represent the company at industry events to build networks and promote business.
Product Marketing:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products and services.
- Create marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.
- Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and clients.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor expenses and report on budget performance to senior management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA is highly desirable.
- At least 7 years of experience in marketing and business development, preferably in the new energy sector.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing and business development strategies.
- Experience in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media, and content marketing.
- Strong background in sales and revenue generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing software and tools, such as CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and data analytics tools.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the renewable energy technologies.
- Familiarity with market research techniques and data analysis.
