They are currently looking for a Demand & Supply Planning Executive to be an integral part of their Supply Chain Team.
Job Description
Your major responsibilities will be ensuring supply continuity through effective demand & supply planning.
Your other responsibilities include:
- Work out forecast with reference to historical trends and new market insights
- Informs management and customers in a proactive manner about inventory risk
- Monitor incoming shipments and collaborate with the freight department to establish priorities.
- Maintain all supply related parameters and master data in relevant planning systems
- Prepare a range of reports for management.
- Participate in enhancing or improving processes projects.
The Successful Applicant
You should possess a diploma or degree in Supply Chain or equivalent related studies and you must have a minimum of 2 - 4 years of experience in Demand/Supply Planning. Experience of using MS Office Excel Advance level and JDE/SAP is a must.You should also be familiar in inperishables goods or short shelf-life products. Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to work in a fast paced and collaborative environment is essential.
