· Process trade finance related transactions including corporate LC / Guarantee issuance
· Min Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or any relevant areas
· Min 3 years of experience in trade finance related areas
· 7 Months contract / Extendable
· Basic Salary up to $ 5500
Job Responsibilities:
· Mainly processing commodity import LC issuances/amendments and their related Import LC bills for acceptances and payments;
· Processing Commodity Guarantee issuances/amendments and related claim payments (if any);
· Handling of corporate funded and unfunded risk participations and bank refinancing;
· Perform KYC validation and Anti-money Laundering Checks on corporate and commodity trade finance transactions;
· Input trade finance transactions into Flexcube.
· Input payment and other SWIFT messages into Calypso/SWIFT Alliance;
· Send emails/faxes to customers, sorting of documents, matching of SWIFT messages
· Attend to Customer queries on trade finance activities covered;
· All other job duties as and when assigned by Team Lead or the Managers Other ad hoc duties as and when required
Job Requirements:
· Min Bachelor Degree in Banking & Finance or any related qualifications.
· Min 3 years of experience in trade finance related areas under financial institutions
· Experienced in LC products relating commodity trade financing is a plus
· Meticulous with high level of accuracy
· Good communication skills
