As a Digital Technology Specialist, your role purpose is to provide best-in-class website technology platform and manage operational performance of our content hub to ensure search engine visibility, deliver good user experiences to readers and value to the business.
Keys tasks include:
- Manage and roll out projects, upgrades, testing and deadlines for our content hub.
- Implement relevant tracking metrics to create relevant performance dashboards to communicate results and insights to stakeholders.
- Continuously improve the website based on SEO and Google Web standards.
- Ensure development on are on time and functions are working.
- Maintain quality on-page technical score
- Provide meaningful analysis and actionable insights to stakeholder in the areas of web and mobile analytics.
- Keep up to date with latest SEO trends, strategies and algorithm changes. Present and communicate SEO strategies and projects to stakeholders
- Provide insights and suggest topics through keyword research to optimize and rank our content.
- Improve user experience based on feedback from stakeholders, industry best practices and trending technologies.
- Continuous improvement on the technical build for the content hub and dashboard.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in related field
- At least 2 - 5 years’ experience in digital project management and/or search engine optimization, including managing related campaigns, platforms, and properties.
- Strong hands-on experience with website related platforms: Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Tag Manager, WordPress, Ahrefs etc.
- Preferred basic working knowledge of HTML, CSS.
- Working knowledge of search engine optimization algorithms, best practices or have a good understanding of the basics
- Good presentation skills and MS Office.
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing work environment.
- Analytical, performance-driven, meticulous with data, strong research, and communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- This is a maternity cover for 4 - 6 months. Candidate must be able and willing to commit to the short term contract duration.
