Maid Agency looking for Customer Service Officer
Job duties:
1. Handle customer inquiries on maid selection criteria
2. Propose, prepare, and send out maid biodata for selection
3. Prepare documentation
4. Brief customers on timeline planning
5. Prepare onboarding processes when maid arrives in Singapore
6. Ad-hoc projects
7. Qualify as a Welfare Officer by the Embassy of the Republic of the Philippines-Migrant Workers Office
Full-time or part-time vacancies are available.
A CEI certificate is required for the full-time position.
