1. Extensive experience in managing large change initiatives. Preferably in banking domain. Focus on corporate credit domain would be of added advantage.
2. Develop program assessment protocols for evaluation and improvement
3. Led multifunction team ,interacted with various business functions and vendors to align the outcomes and goals of the program
4. Experience on translating business requirements into tasks for the program
5. Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned project managers to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
6. Manage program and project teams for optimal return on investment, and coordinate and delegate cross-project initiatives
7. Identify key requirements for cross-functional teams and external vendors
8. Develop and manage budget for projects and be accountable for delivering against established business goals/objectives
9. Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the organisation
10. Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for managers and stakeholders
11. Worked with C-suite stakeholder to provide regular updates and risks of the program.
Qualification:
1. Experience in banking industry for at least 15 years
2. Delivered at least a large multi-year transformation program
3. Knowledge of Agile Transformation, microservices architectures, DevOps would be added advantage
4. Bachelors degree in relevant field with Master is preferable
