Job description:
- To provide customers with efficient and friendly checkout services and ensure that they are leaving the store satisfied with their shopping experience.
- Work well in a team to ensure that retail operation runs smoothly.
- Hardworking, to achieve monthly sales target
- Answer store phone calls/ inquiries, email inquiries, ensure customer calls and emails are handled in a friendly, professional and enthusiastic way
- Maintain a clean and safe checkout area
- Establish customer loyalty through delivery of good customer service standards
- Assist in receiving, arranging and replenishing of stocks and displays
- Assist in housekeeping
- Handle simple administrative duties.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ “O” Level, Higher Secondary/ Pre-U/A level/College, Professional Certificate/NiTEC, any field
- Effective interpersonal skills & ability to build rapport with customers.
- Experience in Retail Bicycle shop preferred
- Basic knowledge of the Bicycle industry preferred
- Entry-level applicants are welcomed to apply too
- Good communications skills
- Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality
- Keen and willing to learn
- Participate in weekly bike rides to build rapport with customers
- Able to work for long hours especially weekends
- Handle simple administrative duties

Working Location: East Coast Park
Working days: 6-day work week in rotating shifts (including weekends, PH)
