Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Financial Planning:
- Drive the company's financial planning and strategy.
- Advise the CEO and executive team on financial strategy and long-term business planning.
2. Financial Management:
- Oversee financial forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
- Manage cash flow, liquidity, and funding strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
3. Capital Operations:
- Lead capital raising activities, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and debt financing.
- Develop and implement strategies for capital structure optimization.
- Manage investor relations and ensure transparent communication with shareholders.
4. Risk Management:
- Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments.
- Ensure compliance with SGX listing rules and MAS regulations.
5. Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and direction to the finance and accounting team.
- Build a top-notch finance team and manage vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics. An MBA or CPA is highly desirable.
- At least 10 years of experience in finance, with proven leadership and management skills.
- Extensive experience with capital markets, including IPOs, secondary offerings, and debt financing.
- In-depth knowledge of SGX listing requirements and MAS regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and external stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and strategic thinking.
- Proficient in financial software and tools.
