Job Summary
As a Technical Support Executive in our Maintenance Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our clients' websites. You will collaborate closely with other team members to deliver outstanding support and service to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Purchase, Setup and Renewal – domain, hosting, ssl.
- Sending renewal notices to clients
- Download Stock Images & Videos on PM request
- Updating and maintaining hosting/ domain sheet
- Understand and provide support to the maintenance team for domain and hosting related issues
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients regarding maintenance-related inquiries, updates, and issue resolution.
Qualifications:
- Diploma / ITE in Business or a related field.
- Understanding of Domain, Hosting and SSL is plus.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to articulate information effectively through email.
- Motivated, result-oriented, and good time management
- Good team player and able to work independently
- Proven experience in website maintenance is a plus, preferably in a web design or digitalagency.
