The job scopes will be as follows:
- Perform daily checks on the system and make sure it is up and running at least twice a day.
- Check and make sure that the servers are healthy (Storage, RAM and CPU)
- Provide first level support on user enquires/issues
- Provide on-site support with remote help from level 2 engineer.
- May required ad-hoc after office hour support if system is down or supporting upcoming major event.
- Generate daily report.
Requirements:
- Open to doing daily routines and repeated tasks
- Have basic knowledge on window servers and basic troubleshooting skill.
