- Identifying market opportunities, analyzing competitor activities, and setting clear objectives for the sales team.
- Maintain strong relationships with key clients, including freight forwarders, shippers, and logistics partners.
- Responsible for negotiating favorable contracts, rates, and service agreements with clients to maximize revenue and profitability for the company.
- Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes is essential.
- Monitors sales performance against targets and KPIs, providing regular reports and updates to senior management.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, must be in the freight forwarding or logistics sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Fluency in Mandarin is essential for effective communication with Chinese counterparts, clients, and stakeholders.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required to effectively engage with clients, team members, and internal stakeholders.
