We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator with experience in pharmaceutical company/Life Science industries for a role in Singapore.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Migration of P3 materials to Fuse platform, Establishing Local SOP for materials and implementing new processes
- Operational support for AEM to BO (Contract coordinator between NPhS and Distributor, Business meetings with TPs/NPhS)
- Local trainings / workshops to associates
- Provide content creation support to Brand teams (including creation, editing and obtaining relevant approvals) and responsible for uploading and publishing content to the appropriate platforms
- Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements governing pharmaceutical marketing, including FDA guidelines and industry codes of conduct. Ensure that all marketing materials and activities comply with these regulations.
- Facilitating communication among project team members and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed about project progress, changes, and updates. This may involve preparing status reports, and addressing any issues or concerns that arise during the course of the project.
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and implementing best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of project management processes. This involves soliciting feedback from team members and stakeholders and incorporating lessons learned from past projects.
