Overview:The Customer Service and Logistics Executive is responsible for coordinating logistics activities, managing inventory, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure efficient order fulfillment and delivery, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records and supporting customer inquiries and complaints.


Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Coordination and Inventory Management (40%):

  • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Resolve any issues related to shipping, including delays, damages, or lost items.
  • Collaborate with logistics partners and carriers to optimize delivery processes.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the procurement team to ensure stock availability.
  • Assist in inventory audits and reconciliations.
  • Update inventory records in the system to reflect accurate stock levels.

Documentation, Reporting, and Process Improvement (20%):

  • Prepare and maintain documentation related to customer orders, shipments, inventory, and sequence of operations.
  • Generate reports on customer service metrics, logistics performance, and inventory status.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline customer service and logistics processes.
  • Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and projects.

Customer Service (40%):

  • Coordinate Lalamove bookings, schedules, and tracking efficiently.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and satisfactory order deliveries.
  • Provide essential operational support, meeting all requirements promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for corporate sales orders, ensuring seamless communication with operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status.
  • Process orders, returns, and changes efficiently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous interactions.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, logistics coordination, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and inventory management software.
  • Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Experience with Lalamove or similar logistics platforms is a plus.
