Position : Customer Service Officer
Contract period : Immediate -11 months
Qualification : Minimum NITEC certification
Recommended Salary : S$1,800/mth
Customer Service Centre Management:Manage the daily operations of the CSC to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
Operations Planning and Development: Plan and develop the operations, standard operating procedures, and improvements for the CSC to enhance customer service and streamline processes.
Routine Feedback Management:Address customer feedback in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Members of the Public (MOP) Support:Assist building professionals and MOP with their submission of building plans, fire safety plans, mechanical ventilation plans, fire engineered design briefs, and shelter waiver requests.
E-Service Assistance:Assist MOP with any e-service issues they encounter, providing guidance and support for smooth navigation and usage of electronic services.
Plan Search Records Assistance:Assist MOP with Plan Search records purchase by Owners/Tenants from Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Education, and other property types.
