Position : Executive (Budgeting & Resource Management)
Employment duration is 12 months
Estimated start date Jul 2024; or earlier and at a date determined by the Authority mutually agreeable with the Contractor.
Working hours:
• Mondays – Thursdays, 0830hrs – 1800hrs
• Fridays, 0830hrs – 1730hrs
We are looking for a pro-active and dynamic individual, with experience in budgeting and resource management. You will be part of a team and partners with internal stakeholders to optimise resources and achieve value-for-money acquisition and partake in assignments that helps optimise the budgeting and resource management process.
Requirements:
• Has a degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or other relevant fields. Monthly salary of not more than $4,600 depending on relevant working experience.
• Possess good analytical skills and has effective interpersonal and communication skills to engage consultations with stakeholders on budgeting needs;
• Meticulous and independent worker who is able to deliver tasks with minimum supervision;
• Good time management and be able to meet deadlines;
• Experience in budgeting and resource management is preferred;
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (e.g. Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP would be an advantage
