- Liaison for Project Manager for augmented resources / interns’ periodical administration (requisition, timesheet tracking, reflection reports, leave application, etc)
- Support Project Managers to onboard / offboard project team members – Security Clearance, Onboarding/ off boarding checklist.
- Support hiring of new project team members- scheduling of interviews and tracking of hiring and related administration documentations.
- Assists Project Managers in term of project administration activities such financials tracker and augmented resources renewal tracker.
- Support Project Managers in Project and Operation Documentations and tracking.
What we are looking for
Qualifications
- A degree in business management, business administration or a related field.
- Working Experience
- 3+ years’ experience as Project Admin/ PMO or related project administrative role, preferably in IT or relevant industries
