Job brief
We are expanding and looking to add one more professional Real Estate Agent to our team for delivering quality services to our clients. The Real Estate Agent responsibilities include providing support and guidance to our clients and marketing listings. This is a full-time job with a fixed salary package. Remuneration will commensurate with relevant work experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who is service-oriented, has a passion in delivering high standard of real estate services and looking for stability and recognition in your career as a real estate professional.
Responsibilities
· Provide guidance and assist clients (mostly tenants) with the right match in their property needs at the right price under the best terms.
· Experienced in dealing with commercial properties would be an added advantage.
· Research, plan and execute property viewing list for clients.
· Intermediate negotiation processes, provide timely market information, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring fair and honest deals to the satisfaction of our clients.
· Display and market properties to potential tenants/ buyers
· Prepare and upkeep necessary paperwork and database (contracts, leases, terminations, closing statements etc)
· Guide and prepare our clients towards handing over and handing back of the property
· Provide support to our tenants during their stay in the sourcing of repairmen and coordination of maintenance services.
· Maintain and update listings of available properties
· Promote sales/ rental through advertisements, open houses and listing services if necessary
· Be knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
· Comply with company policies and CEA regulations.
Requirements and skills
· Possess a valid CEA salesperson licence
· Possess a driving licence, able to drive clients around for viewings
· Proven work experience as a Real Estate Salesperson
· Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
· Ability to work as a team player and be willing to back up one another to achieve service excellence.
· Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
· Pleasant and trustworthy
· Familiar with MS Office
