Key Responsibilities:
Human Resource:
- Creating, maintaining and monitoring of all recruitment channels for the project
- Liaising with Vendors and HR Department
- Monitoring and execution of recruitment/recruitment process
- Plan, Advocate and Execute Welfare and Benefits initiatives
FINANCE:
- Ground level finance work
- Submission and tracking of invoices and payments
- Liaison between vendors, Finance Department
QUALITY ASSURANCE AND ENFORCEMENT MATTERS:
Attendance Enforcement Matters Serious Incident Investigation De-escalation of potential conflicts/arguments on ground Updating Code of Conduct, SJ Standing Orders All other provost actions

Stocktaking Procurement Tracking
Preferred Qualification:
- Diploma/Degree
- Self-discipline and initiated
- Team worker
- Strong adaptability attributes
- Humility and willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets
- Good conversationalist
- Proficient in Social media utilisation
- Lifeguarding/ fitness trainer background
